        Simoa單分子免疫陣列超靈敏細胞因子
        檢測服務

        產品介紹:

        SimoaTM(Single Molecular Array)又稱作數字式ELISA,是基于Simoa HD-1數字式單分子免疫陣列分析儀,可直接對血清和血漿中蛋白、核酸等生物標志物進行檢測的技術。它的檢測靈敏度比傳統的免疫檢測技術平均高1000倍以上,將蛋白質檢測技術直接帶入單分子、數字化檢測時代,成為fg超低豐度蛋白質檢測領域的優勢技術。


        技術原理:

        1、將捕獲抗體偶聯到磁珠上,磁珠與目標抗原結合,目的抗原與檢測抗體結合并帶有梅標記。

        2、洗滌磁珠以去除非特異性結合的蛋白,加入酶反應底物。

        3、將加入底物的磁珠轉入Simoa光盤上,將熒光信號封閉在小孔內。

         

        應用領域:

        Simoa技術可用于腫瘤、神經、感染性疾病、免疫炎癥、miRNA檢測,特別是癌癥的早期檢測、術后的監測和精準用藥,將極大推動精準醫療的發展。運用Simoa可檢測到的低濃度生物標志物進行準確分析,為生命科學研究、體外診斷、伴隨診斷和血液篩查等領域。目前在全球引用該技術發表的文獻有200多篇,包括高分雜志Nature, Nature Biotechnology, JEM, JAMA Neurology等。
