However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability.
We try to ensure that all pricing on the website is accurate, but occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. If we discover that a pricing error has been made. We reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. Sellers using Counties of Ireland Jewellery are obliged to conform with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC). It should however be remembered that this does not apply to customised goods (i.e. personalised gifts).
Suppliers are also bound by the terms of the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the European Directive on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees (1999/44/EC). Some goods may carry a guarantee which does not affect your statutory rights, however for the avoidance of any doubt, Counties of Ireland Jewellery is not a seller within the meaning of Section 17 of the 1980 Act and/or Article 1 of the 1999 directive.

Contractual relations between buyer and seller
The buyer selects a product they wish to buy from us or one of our sellers.
Proceed to shopping cart, confirm product and quantity.
Payments made via PayPal. Prices displayed in Euro. Shipping cost may be included, but can vary with sellers. Import duties or taxes need to be paid by the buyer.
A binding contractual agreement is formed when the supplier has accepted the order from the buyer through www.countiesofirelanjewellery.com and has shipped the goods in accordance with the suppliers obligations as outlined above.
The purchase price will be held by Counties of Ireland Jewellery for a period of 30 days.
Should there be no deliveryor should the product be faulty or unsuitable within this period, Counties of Irelandjewellery will refund the purchase price directly to the method of payment.
After 30 days, payment will be released to the supplier, and any issues regarding defective or faulty goods will have to be addressed directly to the supplier.
Any unwanted goods should be returned within seven days in accordance with our returns policy.
If you are buying a handmade product please expect slight variations of the pieces. We take great care to accurately display the colours of our products, still we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before dispatch. Should you receive an item that falls short of Counties of Ireland Jewellerie's high standards, we are happy either to refund you or to resend your order. In such an instance we will also refund delivery charges (unless the item was sent with other items which you are not returning).

Information on returns
Our Returns Policy is in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
This directive dictates that customised goods (i.e. personalised gifts) made according to custom specifications may not be returned. Please ensure that your customised order is agreed and documented with the seller before work begins. This will avoid disputes after delivery. Feel free to contact us at any time.
If you wish to return an item, you must inform us at email@example.com within 7 days after placing the order.
After notification goods must be returned to sellers adress within 28 days:
Please inform us if you would like a refund or were possible an exchange or weather the product is faulty.
All cost resulting of returns or exchange goods are reponsibility of the customer, except faulty products.
Refunds will be credited to the same source as the purchase was made, exclusive of shipping cost. Please allow 10 working days for refund showing on your statement.
The item returned has to be in pristine condition. Earrings and personalized items can not be exchanged, except if they are faulty. Packaging needs to be included in all returns.
Cancellation of account
Where a buyer wishes to cancel their account, cancellations must be made within seven days via email to countiesofirelandjewellery.com

In the event the sender wishes to be named and requests same, we will include this information in the parcel however in all cases will divulge sender's contact details should the recipient request such information. This is to avoid nuisance correspondence and allows the recipient to decide whether they wish to keep the order.
